About This Project
Bretagne, Finistere, in the west of France.
The sequences videos and photographs were taken in the Finistere, Brittany, during the winter season.
The department was created in the French Revolution, March 4, 1790 under the Act of 22 December 1789, from the westernmost part of the former province of Brittany. It includes western Cornwall bishopric, the entire Leon and the western third of Treg, and a small piece of Broërec or Vannetais: Common Rédené, Arzano and Guilligomarc’h located east of Quimperlé.
Finistère is a land of peasants and sailors. Occupations where a sense of team is a strong value and is still one of the bases of the economy.
