The picturesque village Le Pouget locate on the hill
Photographs of the Village le Pouget, the village in the heart of the Cévennes National Park, in Lozère, France. It would seem that this hamlet was built in the years 1700, Its inhabitants lived on chestnuts. In the 1960s it was abandoned. Around 1970, a European association led by Belgians restored the houses in the pure Cévennes tradition. In the 2000s, the houses were sold to private owners who which do not cease to carry out the renovation of this splendid hamlets.
It is possible to rent the houses for several days, to enjoy this peaceful place.
